Moose Knuckles is searching for an experienced Area Sales Manager. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing business and the development of new business. As an experienced Sales Manager with premium / luxury experience in the assigned markets, you have a keen understanding of the landscape and how to appeal to the consumer. You will manage the markets with regular visits and implementing action plans with a strategic and proactive approach to grow the business in the areas assigned.

Some of What You’ll Do :

  • Manage multiple stores and sales agents in the assigned areas
  • Manage corresponding staff, budgets, and expenses
  • Maximize sales and complete distribution distro by area by defining target customers / locations and get them on board
  • Improve and balance business between seasons and genders
  • Define a commercial strategy and Key Accounts ad Hoc approach by Area
  • Create personal strong connections with customers with a specific focus on KA
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Suggest marketing local strategies to support the markets and identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor / support customer service, operations and credit in the region
  • Set up KPIs and monitor them to support sell-out , performance and brand visibility
  • Travel the markets in order to have a constant update picture to work on and report to the company including the merchandising and pricing strategy aspect.
  • Be the face and voice of the brand at every opportunity

Some of What You’ll Need :

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion market. Extensive experience in the Emerging Region is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Luxury and Premium Brands
  • Flexibility during sales campaigns
  • Advocate of the brand and product
  • Strong Influencing skills to develop and maintain good relationships with accounts and team members
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and accurate
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and wholesale numerical sense detailed minded with strong analytical skills.
  • Business and results-oriented with a strong commercial drive
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic fast paced ever changing environment
  • Computer literate : proficiency with MS Office application (excel, ppt)
  • Fluent in English spoken and written, other languages, such as German, Russian, Arabic and French are an asset
  • Must be available for frequent travel to the markets / partners
