Where You’ll Be: Ideally based in Spartanburg or Greenville, SC, you’ll travel to properties as needed, stepping in to drive leasing success and support onsite teams.

What You’ll Get:

• $52K–$55K base + bonuses (total anticipated earnings $66K–$73K)
• Travel expenses covered
• Paid holidays + generous PTO (up to 160hrs/year)

• Support marketing initiatives and collections
• Ensure top-notch resident service and communication

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of multi-family leasing experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• High energy, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Experience with Entrata is a bonus
• Must be able to travel extensively as needed
