A luxury 5-star resort in Sicily is seeking an Area L&D Manager to enhance their training programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in hospitality, fluency in English and Italian, and strong coaching skills. This role involves delivering training, mentoring staff, and ensuring effective communication across all levels.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Talent for delivering engaging classroom training for multiple target audiences and animating the learning community.
3. Fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written.
4. Coaching and mentoring skills.
5. Previous experience in a similar role.
6. Experience in delivering various training materials and understanding different training methods and channels.
7. Ability to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely to staff at all levels.
8. Ability to plan activities and respect deadlines.
9. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
11. Availability to travel within Italy.
