Requirements:

1. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Talent for delivering engaging classroom training for multiple target audiences and animating the learning community.
3. Fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written.
4. Coaching and mentoring skills.
5. Previous experience in a similar role.
6. Experience in delivering a variety of training materials and understanding of different training methods and channels.
7. Ability to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely to staff at all levels.
8. Ability to plan activities and respect deadlines.
9. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
11. Availability to travel within Italy.
