Job Description:

What are we looking for

Cosentino Bari team is seeking an Architect & Designer Sales Manager to expand the Commercial Area. The role involves obtaining design specifications from architects and specifiers and developing new business with key project accounts in the region.

Ideal candidates should be self-sufficient, resilient, with a hunter mentality, strong work ethic, and flexible attitude.

The coverage area includes Foggia, Bari, Brindisi, and Lecce.

Responsibilities

1. Create sales plans to engage architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, property owners, and service providers to sell surfaces, flooring, cladding, and facades.
2. Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and relationships with architects, designers, and property managers involved in new developments or renovations.
3. Present products to architects and designers.
4. Implement sales plans within agreed timelines.
5. Maintain accurate records of relationships and projects in CRM.
6. Manage sales of Cosentino surfacing products, focusing on exterior applications within the core geography.
7. Represent Cosentino in the community through events.
8. Ensure successful sales implementation by managing communication, samples, proposals, and collateral updates.
9. Manage sales budget and expenses.
10. Assist with regional account rollouts, including travel as needed.
11. Stay informed about Cosentino products, applications, and installation processes.
12. Provide market insights to senior management.
13. Coordinate with partners and contractors for project execution.

Qualifications

1. Residence in the area to cover.
2. At least 4-5 years of similar experience.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Experience with façades is a plus.
5. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
