A leading international design firm in Milan seeks an Architect / BIM Coordinator to contribute to global construction projects. This role requires at least 5 years of BIM architectural design experience and offers significant responsibility and autonomy in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit and effective communication skills, along with a proactive attitude.

The role :

This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to global construction projects in a challenging role, working with other professionals in true collaboration.

How we imagine you :

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM architectural design;
• Technical production of drawing sets, technical detailing, and construction administration;
• Expert knowledge of BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro;
• Quality assurance, including maintaining oversight over BIM responsibilities and deliverables;
• Ability to model and manage custom Revit families;
• Effective communication with clients and consultant teams;
• Strong understanding of pre-construction services and project workflows;
• Proactive, motivated individual with problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation;
• Excellent command of English and Italian.

Nice to have :

• Familiarity with Navisworks, Recap, and the Scan-to-BIM process;
• Experience using Dynamo for process automation or custom workflows.

Responsibilities will include :

• Setting up and managing BIM models in compliance with client standards and project goals;
• Managing all internal project-related drafting works;
• Handling detailing, product selection, and quality control;
• Supporting the definition and implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP);
• Coordinating BIM workflows across disciplines and managing model exchanges;
• Maintaining project BIM models according to the client’s BIM requirements and technical standards;
• Conducting clash detection, leading BIM coordination meetings, and providing technical support and ad-hoc training for BIM workflows to the project team.
