Utopia Design is a young architectural firm founded in 2023, part of a larger real estate development business. The company's primary objective is to create a family of luxurious and high-end hospitality assets worldwide, delivering an unprecedented user experience.

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative architect to join our design team within the real estate development sector, focusing on boutique hospitality assets.

In this role, you will conduct design research, assemble architectural ideas, and develop sketches, designs, and drawings across different RIBA stages.

You should be able to work independently, coordinate with the team as needed, and deliver intermediate results weekly.

You will :

• Work on high-end hospitality projects as an architect (technician).
• Manage a project through all design phases under the guidance of the project or technical lead.
• Interpret design briefs and collaborate with client representatives to achieve optimal results.
• Conduct design research, create presentations, mood boards, and reference materials.
• Generate architectural ideas, sketches, and volumetric studies.
• Develop volumetric studies into concept layouts, Revit models, and inputs for CGI teams.
• Elaborate on concept layouts through schematic and detailed design stages.
• Collaborate with in-house structural and MEP teams, as well as the local Architect of Record, to ensure design intent and spatial coordination.
• Support FF&E procurement with quantity calculations, material research, and detailing.

Proficiency in English, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or Enscape is required. Knowledge of CGI basics and Navisworks is also essential.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, with 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design, particularly in low-rise residential and hospitality projects such as private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are expected, along with a professional portfolio.

Additional Details :

This is a full-time, fully remote position requiring up to 40 hours per week, aligned with Central European Time (CET). The role involves participation in daily team meetings. Salary and benefits are competitive and based on experience.
