An international architectural practice is seeking an experienced architect to join their team in Milan or Turin. The role requires a minimum of 6-7 years of experience, preferably in the retail or hospitality sectors, along with strong skills in Revit and BIM. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent collaboration and organizational abilities. This position offers a chance to work on major client accounts in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Ability to produce drawing packages and perform project coordination.

The role

Your skills and experience

• 6-7 years’ experience, preferably in retail or hospitality sectors.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in producing drawing packages and coordination.
• Solid knowledge of Revit and BIM.
• Understanding of Italian building regulations related to permits.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive attitude.
• Great organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
