Une pratique architecturale internationale recherche des architectes pour rejoindre leur équipe dynamique à Milan et Turin, Italie. Le candidat idéal a 6 à 7 ans d'expérience, maîtrise Revit et BIM, et est prêt à travailler à temps plein dans un environnement collaboratif. Vous contribuerez à d'importants projets dans le secteur commercial et hôtelier, en coordonnant des équipes et en respectant les réglementations locales.

Competenze

• 6-7 ans d'expérience, de préférence dans les secteurs du retail ou de l'hospitalité.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé, d'autres langues un plus.
• Bonne compréhension des réglementations et permis de construire italiens.

Mansioni

• Travailler sur des comptes clients majeurs, collaborer avec différentes parties prenantes.
• Gérer des équipes de projet.

Hyphen is an international architectural practice with an interdisciplinary team of over 200 professionals, including architects, interior designers, and designers from diverse backgrounds. We primarily serve clients in the commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors as designers and project managers.

The role

• As an architect at Hyphen, you will typically work on major client accounts, collaborating with various stakeholders and managing project teams.
• Applicants must be available to work full-time.

Your skills and experience

• 6-7 years of experience, preferably in retail or hospitality sectors.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in producing drawing packages and coordinating projects.
• Solid knowledge of Revit and BIM.
• Good understanding of Italian building regulations and permits.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external consultants, and clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent collaborative skills and a proactive attitude.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
