Your Impact

As a Field Technical Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting cutting-edge EP procedures. You’ll be the technical expert in the field, guiding clinicians in the optimal use of Abbott’s EP portfolio and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver expert clinical support during electrophysiology procedures in hospital catheter labs
  • Educate and train healthcare professionals on Abbott EP technologies and their applications
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging therapies
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support product positioning and complex case management
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to customer needs, providing solutions with professionalism and urgency
  • Understand business priorities and contribute to achieving commercial goals
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior experience in electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management is highly descriptive/desired
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology; familiarity with catheter lab and OR protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
