Then come and join our global team as Apprenticeship who will be trained in 30 months as Clinical Education Specialist in Magnetic Resonance , reporting to our Education Service Manager.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• Deliver high quality end-user training to customers as on the assigned diagnostic imaging via an hybrid approach, onsite or virtual.
• Passionately represent Siemens Healthineers in front of the customer aiming to achieve outstanding customer experience and exceptional customer satisfaction delivering handover and follow-up trainings.
• Support and assist customer to optimize the performance of the equipment in their clinical and operational setting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Demonstrate the value of our products and services during pre-sales and post-sales activities in collaboration with our sales and marketing departments including trades and congresses.
• Collaborate with commercial department to develop our customer’s needs.
• Develop our education services portfolio in collaboration with the team.
• Track, monitor and develop customer education’s needs expanding and localizing education content.
• Comply with reporting and good documentation practice.

Your qualifications and experience :

• You are under 29 years old
• Education : Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physics.
• Preferably located in the northern area

Your attributes and skills :

• Willingness to travel in the Italian territory up to 80%.
• Passion for medical products and technology.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Exceptional communication skills together with presenter / trainer skills also in virtual / remote set up.
• Excellent teamwork.
