Job Description:

Manpower Srl, a multinational company, is looking to hire a dynamic and motivated junior team member for our foreign sales team at the Rovigo/Monselice branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage communications with international clients.
  • Process and manage international orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, administration) to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist in preparing commercial documents and reports.
  • Monitor shipments and handle customs procedures.
  • Assist in resolving post-sale issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in similar roles.
  • Age up to 29 years (apprenticeship age).
  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2) and Spanish (at least B2).
  • Proficiency with main IT tools (Excel, enterprise management software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks.

WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday
