Position:

Apprentice Sales Assistant (Full Time)

We are recruiting for a company in the Fashion Retail sector. Join our Fashion & Luxury team, dedicated to enhancing the experiences, skills, and potential of candidates in the fashion and luxury world.

Our passionate team works to guide candidates towards roles and companies that match their skills and expectations.

Role Details:

• Manage the store: organize and arrange the sales space;
• Perform warehouse tasks and restock products;
• Set up the store and handle cash operations;
• Assist customers and foster loyalty.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience, even brief, in selling women's clothing and accessories;
• Passion for fashion and retail;
• Excellent communication skills, cheerful attitude, flexibility, adaptability;
• Dynamic, team-oriented, good at working in a group.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours, from Monday to Sunday on shifts, 6/7 days.

Contract Offer:

• 36-month apprenticeship contract with potential for long-term employment;
• Trade union contract (CCNL);
• Salary and benefits vary based on experience.
