Celonis seeks an Applied Value Engineer in Italy (Varese, Lombardy) to shape domain-specific AI use cases on the Celonis platform. You will prototype AI solutions, demonstrate their impact to executives, and guide adoption to increase Celonis’ footprint.

In this role, you drive AI-enabled value realizations for strategic customers by shaping domain-specific use cases on the Celonis platform. You will prototype AI solutions, demonstrate their impact to executives, and guide adoption to increase Celonis’ footprint. You work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into tangible PoV outcomes, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. You contribute to reusable methodologies to accelerate team value delivery.

• Value Selling & Realization: stay engaged with strategic accounts to ensure value, adoption thresholds, and operational transformation.
• Domain & Industry Specialization: apply domain know-how to build industry-specific end-to-end solutions and codify assets for reuse
• Executive-facing presales & value engineering (2+ years)
• Domain & industry expertise (e.g., supply chain, finance)
• Software/Data Engineering: Python, API design, SQL, data integration, ML/AI libraries
• Agentic AI systems: LLM orchestration, tool use, RAG, agents, prompts
• Math & operations research: basic optimization, statistics; forecasting
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence (English + local language)
