Azienda Anonima is seeking an Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to translate business challenges into scalable Generative AI solutions for enterprise and public sector environments. You will design architectures, develop PoCs and MVPs, and support deployment of AI systems and autonomous agents.

You will work on end-to-end AI solution design, integrate with enterprise systems, evaluate models, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable deployments.

Competenze

• Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and end-to-end RAG systems.
• Strong knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI Agents, and model adaptation techniques.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise environments through APIs and existing systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, PGVector) and traditional databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML deployment practices.
• Experience with Docker, Git, API development, and AI evaluation methodologies.

Applied AI / Solutions Engineer (Generative AI AI Agents)

A fast-growing Italian startup is looking for an experienced Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to join its team and support the design, development, and adoption of innovative Generative AI solutions for enterprise and public sector environments.

The role focuses on translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions, designing architectures, developing PoCs and MVPs, and supporting the implementation of AI systems and autonomous agents in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures.
