Description

As Application's Team Lead, you will lead a multinational team of Application Managers responsible for maximizing the business value realization for the applications by implementing the given priorities in the best way.

How you'll make an impact

• Responsible for strategy and operations of the applications for the business unit, HR management of the team, and the associated budgets.
• Lead service and project teams.
• Ensure, with HR support, that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed. Ensure strategic organizational development.
• Guide, motivate, and develop direct subordinates within HR policies for the benefit of both the company and the employees.
• Implement agile development setups.
• Establish a stable end-to-end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4.
• Guide and support IT implementation projects.
• Create a governance setup and run service/project reviews for the service receiving organization according to IT global standards.
• Manage contracts with external vendors and perform activities required by internal controls, especially for applications relevant to ICoFR.

Your background

• 7-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in global companies.
• Over 3 years in managing third-party providers on a global scale.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
