Description

As Applications Team Lead, you will lead a multinational team of Application Managers responsible for maximizing business value by effectively implementing priorities.

How you'll make an impact

  1. Responsible for strategy and operations of applications within the business unit, including HR management of the team and associated budgets.
  2. Lead service and project teams.
  3. Ensure the area of responsibility is well-organized, staffed, skilled, and directed, with strategic organizational development supported by HR.
  4. Guide, motivate, and develop direct subordinates in accordance with HR policies, benefiting both the company and employees.
  5. Implement agile development setups.
  6. Establish stable end-to-end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4 standards.
  7. Guide and support IT implementation projects.
  8. Create a governance setup and conduct service/project reviews following global standards.
  9. Manage contracts with external vendors and perform activities required by internal controls, especially for ICoFR-relevant applications.

Your background

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in global companies.
  • At least 3 years managing third-party providers on a global scale.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
