Position Overview / Summary:

• The Clinical Applications Specialist provides project related workflow analysis and configuration of PACS, RIS. Along with this, the Application Specialist delivers clinical application training and project go-live support.

• Milano, Italy

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Analyzing customer specific requirements, configuring, and customizing our products and solutions accordingly.
• Delivering training to the PACS / RIS administrators, Radiographers, Clinicians, Radiologists and support personnel both on and off-site
• On site and remote support to end user during go-live phase
• Investigating and documenting problems in the necessary systems, proposing solutions as necessary, and recommending clinical feature or functionality improvements.
• Performing follow-up activities to ensure that interfaces are set up correctly
• Marketing support and demonstrating during convention or sales activity

Who You Are (Qualifications):

• Minimum Education: healthcare related field such as specialized nursing, medical technical engineer, biomedical sciences
• Preferred Education: Ideally a Bachelor degree in radiography
• Minimum Experience: Around 3 years of experience in radiography
• Preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a PACS / RIS Administrator
• 3 years of training experience
• Previous experience with PACS / RIS radiology workflow
• Excellent knowledge of workflow within a radiology environment
• Awareness on DICOM and HL7 standards and interactions
