Applications Program Manager

Job Description:

DXC Technology Italy is looking for an Applications Program Manager Public Sector to join the Applications Service DXC Team.

Application Services cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; and Applications Management.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify customer needs, translate them into requirements, and support upselling and business development.
2. Manage existing contracts, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
3. Deliver business value to customers using project management and technical skills.
4. Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.
5. Lead the technical team or contribute to delivery activities by identifying and addressing potential risks that may impact program delivery.
6. Drive business development and upselling in Analytics with a focus on the Public Sector Industry.

Basic Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in programs or services related to application solutions, preferably in the public sector.
• Excellent relational and analytical skills; proactive with the ability to work in teams.
• Goal-oriented; attentive to details and committed to quality.
• Native Italian speaker.

Other Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, and ITIL are advantageous.

Location:

Rome with remote work possibility.
