Hetronic is part of the global leaders Methode Electronics. We are the world leader in Industrial Radio Remote Control's (RRC).

Our office is located in :

20832, Desio, Milan. We are open to relocate only people already living in Italy.

We are looking for :

An Applications Engineer to drive the development of new radio remote control products as well as the redesign of existing ones.

What will you do :

Translates customer requests into a product specification including mechanical layouts, electrical schematics and bill of materials.

Develop product specific control software to meet application requirements.

Provide technical assistance to customers and product after sales service.

Occasional travel to customers to support development activity or debugging of product related issues.

All other ancillary duties in line with business exigencies.

What you need :

Fluent or native Italian, and conversational English.

A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, preferably mechatronics, electronics, or control engineering. Equivalent proven experience in RRC development roles will also be considered.

Solid understanding of PLC and industrial communication protocols.

Solid understanding of electronics and ARM microprocessor architectures, control and RF communications technology.

Understanding of Electrical CAD.

Structured problem-solving skills.

A strong character with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to perform a variety of tasks with little to no supervision.
