DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Technical Leader to join our Application Service DXC Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, developing, and executing business and technical software solutions to implement portions of new or enhanced systems (including upgrades or conversions).
2. Understanding and utilizing appropriate solutions/tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and technical problems.
3. Interacting with client-facing colleagues (Business Analysts and Project Managers) to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.
4. Staying current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
5. Leading a small team, providing mentoring and guidance to less senior developers by collaborating with them in designing solutions.

Education And Skills:

• Bachelor or Master Degree (Nice to have technical fields: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.)
• Experience and knowledge of Digital Development Services, Agile Application Development, DevOps, Cloud-based applications, and Microservices architecture and patterns.
• Strong technical experience writing code using languages: Java EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot, ...), Single Page Application frameworks, Microservices, Docker, Design patterns, architecture design, and Database SQL and NoSQL.
• Ability to work with web-development tools for new applications.
• Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.
• The ideal profile has strong analytics skills, problem-solving abilities, a focus on results, decision-making skills, and the ability to work in teams.
