This role involves designing and developing innovative software solutions while collaborating with clients and project managers. You'll lead a team, mentor junior developers, and stay updated on the latest technologies. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute business and technical software solutions to implement new features, upgrades, or conversions.
• Analyze, identify, and resolve business and technical problems using appropriate solutions and tools.
• Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and project managers to understand the business environment, technical context, and strategic direction.
• Stay updated on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Lead a small team, providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced developers, and assist in designing solutions.

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering (preferred).
• Experience with Digital Development Services, Agile methodologies, DevOps, Cloud-based applications, Microservices architecture, and patterns.
• Strong technical skills in programming languages like Java EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot), Single Page Application frameworks, Microservices, Docker, Design patterns, architecture design, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Proficiency with web development tools for new applications.
• Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, results-oriented focus, decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams.
