S&you, a renowned international brand specializing in Professional Staffing and Search & Selection for Middle Management and Executive roles, is seeking to hire for a leading company operating in the fields of Research, Biotechnology, and Advanced Diagnostics. The position is based in Ariccia (Rome).

The ideal candidate will have:

• Documented laboratory experience in Research or Diagnostics, specifically in:

Next Generation Sequencing techniques, including familiarity with major sequencing technologies, manual experience with sequencers, library preparation, and data analysis skills.

Experience in Molecular Biology techniques such as Nucleic Acid Extraction, Electrophoresis, PCR, and qPCR will be considered a plus.

• Strong motivation and interest, with a keen aptitude for developing a career as a Scientific Marketing Specialist in a commercial setting;
• Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and abroad, for over 50% of the time;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English;
• Stable residence in Rome or its province, preferably in the South or Castelli Romani area;
• Driving license;
• Proficiency with computers, especially Office suite and PDF editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat);
• Immediate availability.

Responsibilities

Following a comprehensive technical-commercial training period, the selected candidate will perform:

• Technical and commercial support for product lines at the headquarters and customer laboratories nationwide;
• Technical and commercial liaison with foreign partner companies;
• Training and technical support for the sales team, both at headquarters and in the field;
• Demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions at customer laboratories;
• Systematic reporting to company functions and foreign partners on activities and outcomes;
• Follow-up and monitoring of technical-commercial issues raised by customer service;
• Continuous updating of scientific and commercial support materials;
• Participation in logistics planning and scientific conferences throughout the year.

The position offers employment under the CCNL-Commerce agreement, with classification to be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience. The role includes the use of a company car and necessary communication and IT tools.
