This strategic role involves acting as a consultant to clients, enhancing service effectiveness and efficiency, designing new processes and solutions using Best Practices, and managing resources and vendors.

Main responsibilities include :

• Monitoring SLAs and managing escalation procedures
• Strengthening client relationships and assessing satisfaction
• Contract Management
• Account Planning and Demand Management
• Launching complex internal projects
• Managing internal resources, serving as a Mentor and Coach
• Managing vendors and third parties
• Defining and monitoring KPIs
• Evolving internal systems and reporting
