We are looking to strengthen our team with an Application Maintenance Expert. The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for the entire software lifecycle, focusing on the analysis, development, and maintenance of applications related to customer data management, promotions, and CRM support. Responsibilities include:

• Analysis, development, and Application Management (AM) of customer management and loyalty applications;
• Management and support of applications for customer promotion and loyalty;
• Collaborating with the team to analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions;
• Conducting integration tests, user acceptance testing, and supervising releases;
• Managing and resolving tickets, including data extraction requests and bug fixing;
• Working in a team and managing activities in an Agile mode using tools like Jira.

Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent and has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The profile is completed by proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team, and a good command of Italian and English languages.

Requirements

The following skills are required:

• Experience with JDK8, J2EE, Spring (MVC, core), Oracle Database, PLSQL, JSP/JSTL, VBScript (ASP), Weblogic, CDI, Bean;
• Frontend skills in GWT, JavaScript, CSS, HTML;
• Familiarity with Git (Bitbucket), Maven, and development IDEs like IntelliJ, Toad, SQL Developer;
• Knowledge of Splunk, Service-Now, and testing tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, Insomnia, JMeter;
• Basic understanding of networks, protocols (HTTP/HTTPS), data structuring languages (JSON, XML), FTP, and debugging code.
