Als direct-to-consumer E-Commerce-Unternehmen ist unser Customer Relationship Management (CRM) entscheidend für die Kommunikation zu unseren Kunden. Als Salesforce Application Expert (m/w/d) bist du ein entscheidender Faktor für unseren Erfolg und somit die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden. Du konzentrierst dich auf die Umsetzung unserer digitalen Kundenprozesse, vor allem im Customer Service, und hilfst hier Best-in-Class Service Lösungen systemseitig abzubilden. Wir legen Wert auf aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung vorhandener Prozesse um uns als Team, vor allem aber um unsere Lösungen stetig zu verbessern.

DEINE AUFGABE IN DER CANYON CREW

• Du entwickelst nachhaltige, skalierbare Features und Funktionen im Umfeld unseres CRM-Systems
• Du analysierst, spezifizierst und implementierst neue Anforderungen
• Du optimierst bereits vorhandene Features im Hinblick auf unsere sich stetig verändernde Customer Service Journey
• Du nutzt vorhandene Werkzeuge, um Prozesse deklarativ zu beschreiben
• Du prüfst Software Updates und stellst deren fehlerfreie Integration sicher
• Du pflegst Schnittstellen zu unserem SAP- sowie zu den angrenzenden Salesforce Systemen und bringst dich dabei proaktiv in die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung dieser Systeme ein
• Zudem stellst du die systemseitige Analyse und Optimierung existierender Geschäftsprozesse sicher

• Du hast erfolgreich ein Studium der (technischen) Informatik, der Wirtschaftsinformatik, einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker abgeschlossen und verfügst bereits über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Du verfügst über detaillierte Technologiekenntnisse in den Bereichen SQL/SOQL, .net und Java sowie in den Bereichen objektorientierte Entwicklung, Cloud-basierte Softwaresysteme sowie Microservices
• Deine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und der Entwicklung von systemübergreifenden Prozessen kannst du erfolgreich einbringen
• Du kennst dich mit verschiedenen Tools rund um Entwicklungs-, Release- und Deploy-Prozesse sowie im agilen Kontext aus
• Deine guten Englischkenntnisse kannst du sicher in Wort und Schrift anwenden
• Du bringst solide Vorkenntnisse (min. 2 Jahre) im Salesforce Umfeld mit, insbesondere in der Entwicklung mit Apex, Visualforce Pages und Lightning Web Components
