Job Description :

The candidate will contribute to defining and developing ST’s simulation software dedicated to Power Transistor and Power Module devices.

The responsibilities include tool definition, implementation architectures, debugging, and validation of the simulation tool.

He / She will develop systems and architectural know-how for various application topologies, aiming to define new software characteristics and functionalities.

Additionally, he / she will support Marketing and Sales as a technical interface during design-in activities with simulations and benchmarks comparing with main competitors.

Finally, he / she will assist in maintaining and promoting the simulation software, developing promotional materials and technical documentation.

Profile

Desired competencies include major programming languages, bench characterization know-how, system architecture evolution awareness, fluency in Power Electronics, Orcad or similar software, and computational analysis tools.

Other skills : flexibility and adaptability to changing environments, discipline and results orientation, sense of urgency and initiative, knowledge sharing, teamwork, ability to work autonomously, and willingness to travel.
