The next generation of electronic products with modern PCB design faces unprecedented complexity, demanding robust verification and first-pass success. We're expanding our European PCB Team with an expert Application Engineer to drive customer success.

The objective for this role will be to lead pre-sales engagements, assess and map solutions, provide strategic product demonstrations, and run custom workshops/deployment guidance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Transforming customers' PCB design workflows by analyzing requirements and implementing solutions
• Driving projects with urgency, strong organization, and follow-up skills
• Utilizing engineering expertise in PCB design and manufacturing to provide appropriate solutions
• Understanding business requirements to deliver solutions aligning with business objectives

• Providing technical sales support
• Delivering compelling presentations
• Implementing competitive benchmarking
• Leading technical workshops
• Providing specialized training

Customer success:

• Serving as a trusted technical advisor
• Driving PCB design solution deployment for customer success
• Conducting on-site assessments

Desirable qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in electrical or electronics engineering, or relevant experience
• Comfortable presenting to all levels, from technical teams to executives
• Background as an electronics engineer with PCB design and manufacturing experience
• Relevant experience with Electronic Contract Manufacturing (EMS)
• Knowledge of pick and place, inspection, and test equipment
• Some programming knowledge (e.g., Python) is a plus
• Knowledge of Xpedition, Valor, or other Enterprise EDA solutions is advantageous
• Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
