Descrizione del lavoro

Assisting in managing the company's products, sales, and service requests to provide technical support to customers.

Analyzing technological problems in installed applications, checking their technical resolution and working condition, and fixing issues as required.

Collaborating with the sales team, engineers, and product managers to obtain accurate information on application usage and system operations.

Preparing relevant records, data, and documents for product presentations, conducting training sessions to demonstrate new products and services, and supporting the sales team in organizing product demonstrations and training.

Evaluating customer requirements regarding applications and managing the technical, technological, and functional aspects of proposals.

Assisting the application engineering leader in performing desired tests and preparing detailed schedules based on project specifications.
