What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support on-site, identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating issues as needed.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
• Support services such as sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, inventory management, and general labor activities.
• Support Nalco Champion innovations and technology within strategic district accounts, assisting other District Sales Representatives.
• Travel within the assigned sales territory.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot technical jobs.

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Native Italian speaker.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
