Application Engineer, EMEA Region (m / f / d) - Remote / Hybrid

Your Responsibilities :

• Develop and support engineering applications for assigned products, from opportunity identification through product validation and customer support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist product management and sales teams in identifying applications and providing technical support during sales calls.
• Collaborate with product management to ensure products fit specific applications.
• Conduct technical application presentations to educate and train distributors and customers.
• Validate customer applications with engineering support.
• Provide technical support post-business award.
• Offer design guidance and training as needed.
• Lead product application development, including feasibility and design studies.
• Support engineering projects to foster company growth.
• Evaluate new technologies and identify potential new products and applications.
• Assist in creating regional and customer-specific pricing, including competitor benchmarking.
• Act as a liaison between sales and manufacturing to customize products and develop BOMs.
• Support budgeting processes for the EMEA region.
• Maintain the distributor SharePoint platform.

Your Skills :

• At least 3 years of applications engineering experience with direct customer interaction.
• Experience with compressors or rotating equipment is a plus.

• Strong 3D CAD skills and modeling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and project management abilities.
