Job Opportunity: Sales & Marketing Specialist

Randstad Professional's Sales & Marketing division, specialized in recruiting Middle and Senior Management, is seeking a:

Responsibilities:

1. Promote the company's products and services through client visits, events, trade shows, and presentations;
2. Provide technical support during pre- and post-sales phases and draft specifications;
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and especially public entities, utilities, and reclamation consortia;
4. Manage technical requests from clients and translate needs into qualified technical offers;
5. Recommend optimal technical solutions and conduct technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for clients;
6. Apply engineering skills and hydraulic application knowledge to provide high-level assistance, including designing hydraulic networks;
7. Offer technical support to clients, sales force, marketing, and production as needed;
8. Support continuous improvement of technical solutions;
9. Interface with distributors and sales network, and gather client feedback to enhance product offerings;
10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies;
11. Monitor market trends and competitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or degree in a relevant field;
• Previous experience in sales or promotion roles;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Willingness to travel and participate in events and trade shows, possibly abroad.
