Job Opportunity: Technical Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location: Macerata, Italy

Randstad Professional's Sales & Marketing division, specializing in Middle and Senior Management recruitment, is seeking a candidate for a leading multinational company in the hydraulic pipes sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote the company's products and services through client visits, events, trade shows, and presentations.
2. Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including drafting specifications.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, commercial partners, public entities, utilities, and reclamation consortia.
4. Manage technical requests from clients and translate needs into qualified technical offers.
5. Recommend optimal technical solutions and conduct technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, problem-solving) for clients.
6. Apply engineering skills and hydraulic application knowledge to offer high-level assistance, including network design support.
7. Support technical aspects for clients, sales force, marketing, and production as needed.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical solutions.
9. Interface with distributors and sales network; gather client feedback to enhance product offerings.
10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
11. Monitor market trends and competitors.

Minimum Requirements:

1. High school diploma or degree in a relevant field.
2. Previous experience in sales or promotional roles.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and within a team.
5. Willingness to travel and participate in events and trade shows, possibly abroad.
