Responsibilities:
Promote the company's products and services through client visits, events, trade fairs, and presentations.
Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including drafting specifications.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, commercial partners, public entities, utilities, and reclamation consortia.
Manage technical requests from clients and translate needs into qualified technical offers.
Recommend optimal technical solutions and conduct technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting) for clients.
Apply engineering skills and hydraulic application knowledge to deliver high-level assistance, including network design support.
Offer technical support to clients, sales force, marketing, and production teams as needed.
Support continuous improvement of technical solutions.
Coordinate with distributors and sales networks, gathering client feedback to enhance product offerings.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitors.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or relevant university degree.
Previous experience in sales or promotional roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and participate in events and trade fairs, potentially abroad.
