We are looking for an Application Engineer to support LU-VE Plant Division in Italy.

In your role, you will report to the Application Engineer Manager.

You will be based in Refrion S.r.l in Flumignano (UD), with an option to be based in Alonte (VI).

Mission of the role

The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for the selection and development of products, mainly to the sales department, distributors, direct customers, and consultants.

Responsibilities include

• Harmonizing relations with the commercial network and between various business departments involved in order development by providing the right technical-commercial support.
• Checking selection tools and collaborating with involved functions to develop better tools.
• Searching for increasingly efficient selection systems.
• Coordinating activities and managing information flow in the development and production of orders, especially for special machines, supporting the technical department.
• Controlling selection activities, ensuring orders comply with feasibility and sustainability rules.
• Collaborating with various business functions to improve processes and support the application of procedures across the group.
• Monitoring product offers, application conditions, and configurations to standardize ranges based on market needs.

Education & Experience

• Preferably 1 year of experience in similar roles within medium/large companies, preferably in the refrigeration sector.
• Engineering Degree (Energy, Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace) or a Technical High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Preferably familiarity with SAP management system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Passion for the role.
