We have developed and delivered innovative software and now seek your help to develop our first product and bring it to market.

The role

We’re looking for Application Engineers to join our team at Augmenta. You will lead efforts to introduce the Augmenta Construction Platform (ACP) to the electrical engineering and contractor markets, ensuring customer success. Your responsibilities include developing the platform in collaboration with our Engineering and Product teams, supporting deployment and integration, conducting product demonstrations, and creating training materials.

What you will do

• Deploy ACP by training customer teams for quick and successful adoption
• Manage pilot projects and act as the primary support contact for customers
• Assist customers in preparing Excel data and Revit projects, templates, and families for ACP use
• Gather customer feedback on needs, practices, and issues, and relay this to our product teams
• Troubleshoot and prioritize customer issues
• Participate in sales calls, articulating ACP's value and answering product questions
• Conduct technical workshops and support during conferences
• Create demo Revit sites and training documentation
• Prepare Revit part families and templates
• Assess feature fit with customer requirements
• Perform quality assessments, report bugs, and prioritize fixes

Travel may be required for strategic deployments, mainly in the US (5-10%).

• This role combines sales and customer success, advocating for our innovative workflow, primarily working with electrical subcontractors.
• Deep understanding of electrical contractor planning, modeling, coordination, and constructability is essential.
