Application Engineer

For the Industrial Business Unit of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI), we are looking for an:

Activities

1. Collect and interpret data based on customer's technical specifications and collaborate with Key Account and sales management for offer preparation (including public and private tenders).
2. Act as technical interface for the commercial area, providing technical answers, system sizing, product presentations, and technical notes.
3. Serve as a technical interface for customers, including onsite visits to provide technical solutions, conduct product training, check battery installation status, and address specific issues (acting as the first technical contact).
4. Carry out after-sales activities related to the technical management of orders, including defining accessories, intervention times, technical meetings, supervising testing and inspections, and preparing technical documentation.
5. Coordinate significant projects related to assigned countries/areas, involving internal functions and departments.
6. Participate in exhibitions with sales and marketing teams to promote products and solutions to customers and partners.

Requirements of the position

• Technical diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrics or Electronics preferable).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and market sector.
