Job Overview

The candidate will be part of the “Application and Infrastructure Operations” team within the “Connectivity E2E Support and Solution Engineering” department, focusing on portals, tools, and infrastructure used by our customers to manage broadband services at Eutelsat.

He/she will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to improve solutions, services, and resolve issues affecting digital platforms and related hardware. The main duties include maintaining computer networks and systems, implementing change requests, and supporting operational staff for incident resolution, along with problem investigations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital customer experience management, IT services, or similar roles is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, customer journey mapping, and IT service management (ITSM)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives
  • Knowledge of Unix-based operating systems, networking tools (Telnet, SSH, FTP/SCP), and standard business software
  • Experience in scripting/programming languages (Python, Perl, Bash, Java)
  • Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP) is a plus
  • Experience with databases (MySQL), knowledge of Clickhouse is a plus
  • Knowledge of automation (Jenkins) and version control systems (Git) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and VMWare
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French is preferable; detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
