These are the functions supporting the business:
Global Capabilities Network (GCN) is an organization which offers services to all Chiesi business units. The goal is to provide scalable, sustainable, and streamlined service delivery in the area of Accounts Payable process. The position plays an active role in the transition processes of Accounts Payable business unit to GCN organization; actively contributes to the process improvement and standardization initiatives.
Ensure the delivery and execution of AP services. Facilitate and manage communication and issue resolution between external vendors as well as internal customers. Acts as Single Point of Contact to local unit on Accounts Payable related matters. All activities are engaged in establishing and enhancing the satisfaction of internal and external customers and stakeholders.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or administrative activities. Experience with international companies is an advantage.
Economic background (either academic or high-school diploma) and familiar with accounting principles.
Fluent Italian and English. Appreciated any other languages between Spanish, Greek or French.
