Reporting to National PMLS Sales Manager, ITALY

Our anesthesia and ventilator business is growing and expanding rapidly, and we are looking for you to join us. The Anesthesia & Ventilator Product Line Manager in Italy will be responsible for the strategy, marketing, and promotion of the Anesthesia & Ventilator business throughout Italy, and will be accountable for sales results, reporting to the PMLS Country Sales Manager. We are looking for experienced candidates who are willing to take up the challenge to join our MINDRAY family, and we will work together to create brilliance.

Essential Job Functions

  • Sales strategy development for the Anesthesia & Ventilator business
  • Drive sales revenue and growth of the Anesthesia & Ventilator business
  • Explore and identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales
  • Achieve big projects through direct sales or assist distributors
  • Assist in the development of market strategy for the Anesthesia & Ventilator product portfolio in correlation with Corporate Mindray policies.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion, both in intra- and extra hospital markets
  • Identify, support, and manage KOL / reference sites.
  • Establish data and reports on market conditions and communicate information on market and competition to the marketing team.
  • Assist in the organization of and participation in Exhibitions, local meetings, and product briefings (national and regional).
  • Collaborate with the sales department to support the sales team for high profile projects and provide advice to support the business needs.
  • Build and maintain the relationship with Anesthesia & Ventilator Academic Organizations in Italy

Product Development

  • Determine the training needs of the Sales & Distributors Team by using a needs assessment, gap analysis, testing or other tools, develop an action plan for improvement areas.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training efforts through objective methods (tests and standardized skills assessments) and subjective methods (role-play feedback, etc.)

Communication

  • Between Italy / EU / HQ and local teams for training and product related issues
  • Participation within the European team to share experience and create knowledge base
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to support product launches and ensure that positioning and other marketing-related training content remains up to date

Qualifications and Experience

  • Clinical background with knowledge and experience of Anesthesia & Ventilator product.
  • Experience and successful track record in sales of Anesthesia & Ventilator product
  • Customer orientated, with good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrates creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches
  • Well-organized, ability to work autonomously, self-starter
  • Enthusiastic together with a can-do attitude
  • Results driven team player
  • English can be as business language
