Palo IT is seeking an Android Developer (Kotlin) to build high-impact mobile experiences with a strong focus on quality, performance, and UX. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready apps with end-to-end ownership.

You will design, implement, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose or XML views, applying MVVM or Clean Architecture, and ensuring solid data persistence with Room or Realm.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and its advanced concepts.
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and/or Android Views/XML.
• Solid knowledge of MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on persistence with Room/Realm.
• Concurrency skills with Kotlin Coroutines/Flow.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs with OAuth/JWT authentication.
• Familiarity with Google Play Console and Android release processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
• Build interfaces with Jetpack Compose and/or XML-based Views.
• Apply maintainable architectures (MVVM/Clean Architecture).
• Manage data persistence with Room/Realm or equivalent.
• Implement concurrency with Kotlin Coroutines/Flow for performance.
• Integrate RESTful APIs with authentication and optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous codebase improvement.
• Oversee full lifecycle: releases, monitoring, and post-release fixes.
• Identify risks and propose performance-improving alternatives.
