Analytics Senior Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Support the analysis of business performance, identifying trends and opportunities across Casino, Poker, and Sports Betting.
• Work with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to develop data-driven insights that improve acquisition, retention, and customer experience.
• Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations to supervise important metrics and evaluate campaign efficiency.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer key business questions and support strategic decision-making.
• Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with senior analytics and commercial leaders to identify new opportunities for growth.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven track record in analysing business performance and identifying key trends and opportunities.
• Experience in data manipulation, business intelligence and reporting tools.
• On-field experience in testing web content and implementing user optimization strategies.
• Passion for sports and online gaming is a nice-to-have.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, working with multiple departments.
