A leading international company based in Milan is seeking an Analytics & CRO Implementation Specialist to enhance conversion and user experience through analytics activities. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in data analysis, a relevant degree, and strong proficiency in key analytics tools. Fluency in both English and Italian is required. For a leading international company, we are looking for a

ANALYTICS & CRO IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

You will join the team of Experience Design and in particular in the business / management Analytics & CRO Team, reporting directly to Analytics & CRO Manager.

You will have the opportunity to be involved analytics & CRO activities for online properties, managing tools and implementing the tracking necessary for Digital Analytics (Analytics) and CRO (A / B testing and customization) activities in order to improve the conversion and user experience on company’s digital properties.

  • You have at least 2 years years of experience in data analysis role;
  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics;
  • You have excellent knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Launch, Tealium, Google Analytics, GTM, Adobe Target, Adobe Data Collection;
  • You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
  • You are able to write, implement and debug technical documents for sites and apps; you are able to set A / B Tests;
  • You know and are able to communicate the tagging implementation strategy and logic to a developer team.
