Utilize data (including data collection, analysis, and interpretation) to understand talent challenges and trends, and provide insights to business stakeholders for data-based action and decision making.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead HR analytics projects including defining key metrics to develop executive dashboards and providing interpretation/analysis on talent data. Design graphics and reports that clearly communicate key insights drawn from data.
- Analyze talent and business outcomes data to identify relationships and trends; interpret data and communicate noteworthy findings to Business and HR leaders. Engage in regional Workforce Planning cycle including activities in collaboration with cross-functional and/or matrix teams.
- Provide regional input into the design of dashboards (e.g., turnover, TDR) and strategic analytics. Recommend and implement continuous process improvements.
- Develop analytical models and analyze critical HR business objectives utilizing appropriate statistical techniques and/or predictive modeling to answer talent-related questions for HR partners.
- Develop and document workforce analytics processes and procedures.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; experience in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics is preferred but not required.

- Moderate knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to Workforce Analytics.
