Una società di gestione patrimoniale cerca un Analyst Portfolio NPE a Milano. Il candidato ideale deve avere una passione per NPL, Real Estate e finanza strutturata; è richiesta un'esperienza di 6 mesi a 1 anno in ambito bancario o di consulenza. Responsabilità includono l'analisi dei portafogli NPE ed interazioni con Loan Managers.

Posizione

Digital Diversity Week supports Prelios in its search for profiles belonging to the Protected Categories (L.68 / 99) to be placed as Analyst Portfolio NPE.

Responsibilities and Activities:

• Support analysis of assigned UTP portfolios: define objectives, monitor performance, and analyze risks and opportunities;
• Communicate and prepare data reports for other business functions (e.g., risk management, master servicer, administration);
• Participate in Roll Out discussions and prepare final reports;
• Attend periodic meetings with Loan Managers to optimize portfolio performance: analyze variances from initial business plans, manage risks of termination or deferability, ensure data quality, and develop alternative strategies.

Main Areas of Activity:

• Real Estate NPL and NPE portfolio underwriting, with knowledge of securitization processes;
• Understanding of the Italian bankruptcy law framework, combined with the ability to analyze and understand different asset classes;
• Support in designing and launching strategic initiatives.

Requisiti

Prelios seeks individuals passionate about NPLs, Real Estate, and structured finance, with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in commercial banks, NPL servicing, restructuring divisions in consulting firms, or private equity firms;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a network of agents to promote assets under management;
• Previous experience in Real Estate NPL and NPE portfolio underwriting, with knowledge of securitization processes;
• Understanding of the Italian bankruptcy law framework and the ability to analyze various asset classes (industrial, commercial, retail, etc.);
• Belonging to the protected categories (L.68 / 99).
