  • Overview

    Aquila is seeking an Analyst, Corporate Development, EMEA based in Italy to identify, establish, and support strategic relationships with mature and growing software companies across the EMEA region. The role involves deal origination through a KPI-focused sales process, engaging with business owners, management, and intermediaries via cold calls and digital channels.

    Responsibilities
    1. CRM & Administration: Manage M&A database, update targets, log activities, proficiency in Salesforce CRM required.
    2. Research & Data Analysis: Conduct product, market, and company research to evaluate software acquisition targets. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary.
    3. Industry Exposure: Gain deep insights into the enterprise & SMB software industry and develop expertise in business development and M&A research.
