Job Opportunity in Milan - Business Unit "Consulting"

Double Consulting, founded in June 2005 by professionals from multinational companies, is a consulting firm specializing in supporting clients through change and innovation to maintain competitive advantage. We operate mainly in the Financial Services sector, with additional activities in Energy & Utilities and Automotive.

Position: Business Consultant

Based in Milan, the selected candidate will join a project for a well-known client in the banking sector located in Sondrio.

Responsibilities:

1. Define business cases for strategic digital projects.
2. Establish KPIs for banking digitalization analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in economics or management; additional certifications or specialization courses are a plus.
• At least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in consulting firms serving Financial Services clients.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Previous experience with projects involving collaboration with development teams is preferred.
• Good professional demeanor, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and team orientation.
• Ability to work towards objectives.
• Excellent English language skills, to be assessed during the interview.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
