Job Description:

Fabrick is seeking a functional technical analyst to join the Payment Orchestra & Hub team, focusing on enhancing and developing digital payments acceptance.

The Payments Orchestra & Hub team is responsible for building, maintaining, and promoting growth and adoption of Digital Payments solutions, including Ecommerce acceptance, orchestration, omni-channel reconciliation, and financial balancing.

The role involves managing daily opportunities to scale and improve digital payments solutions, requiring business and functional analysis, as well as PMO skills. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders to support new projects and product features development.

As a Product Tech eCommerce analyst, you will collaborate with various Fabrick teams across the EU, including Product Owners, Managers, Delivery Managers, Tech Analysts, and Commercial teams. Interaction with international teams is essential, as your scope covers digital payments across the EU.

Main Scope: eCommerce

• Analyze card schemes and regulatory requirements to ensure gateway compliance
• Develop new acceptance use cases and features based on merchant requirements
• Analyze and define requirements for all gateway and orchestration projects
• Validate functional analysis in collaboration with Tech teams

Activities

• Manage functional analysis and requirements documentation
• Prepare and document analysis activities, including gap, preliminary, detailed, and impact analysis
• Supervise test planning, define test cases, and manage user acceptance testing
• Gain hands-on experience by analyzing and proposing enhancements to business processes, reports, and applications
• Assist with ad-hoc data requests for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related Business field
• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or Payment industry
• Experience delivering Digital Payments projects in the Large Corporate market is a plus
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills across organizational levels
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Strong interest in the Payment Industry, including new payment methods and business needs for Large Corporate clients
