Job Description:

Fabrick is seeking a functional technical analyst for the Payment Orchestra & Hub team, focusing on enhancing and developing digital payments acceptance.

The Payments Orchestra & Hub team is responsible for building, maintaining, and promoting growth in Digital Payments solutions, including Ecommerce acceptance, orchestration, omni-channel reconciliation, and financial balancing.

The role involves managing daily opportunities to scale and improve digital payments solutions, requiring business and functional analysis and PMO skills. The analyst will interact with internal and external stakeholders to support new projects and product features development.

As Product Tech eCommerce, the candidate will collaborate with various Fabrick teams across the EU, including Product Owners, Managers, Delivery Managers, Tech Analysts, and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing card schemes and regulatory requirements to ensure gateway compliance
  • Developing new acceptance use cases and features based on merchant requirements
  • Analyzing and defining requirements for gateway and orchestration projects
  • Validating functional analysis with Tech teams

Additional activities involve:

  • Managing functional analysis and requirements documentation
  • Conducting gap, preliminary, detailed, and impact analyses
  • Supervising test planning, defining test cases, and managing user acceptance testing
  • Engaging in daily activities to analyze, define, and propose enhancements to business processes, reports, and applications for optimization
  • Supporting ad-hoc data requests for stakeholders

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business-related fields
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or Payments industry
  • Experience with Digital Payments projects in the Large Corporate market is a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Collaborative approach and eagerness to learn
  • Effective communication skills across organizational levels (asset)
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Interest and passion for the Payment Industry, including new payment methods and business needs for Large Corporates
