Une entreprise de recrutement spécialisée recherche un SAP Specialist pour une multinational pharmaceutique. Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion et de l'optimisation des applications SAP, collaborant avec diverses équipes pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations et proposer des améliorations. Ce rôle, en full remote, nécessite une forte compétence en SAP et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, ainsi qu'une expérience avérée dans le secteur.

About the Company : For a multinational pharmaceutical company, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an SAP Specialist .

Core Responsibilities :

• Support in monitoring business applications across the Group to ensure they are locally managed in line with the Global framework, standards, and requirements.
• Support in the implementation and roll-out projects for the area of competence to ensure they are performed on time and on budget, in line with business requirements and Company standards.
• Support in managing the lifecycle of business applications (configuration, development, maintenance) to continuously improve the support to business operations.
• Collect and analyze business requirements to support the assessment of requested enhancements and new software.
• Support the business in requirements and process documentation and in applications testing.
• Propose solutions to meet business requirements and in respect of guidelines and constraints.
• Draft functional and technical documentation for the applications under the area of competence to ensure compliance and alignment with Company and Quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Support & Service team in solving business-specific issues to contribute to the achievement of department and Company KPIs and business expectations.
• Attend internal and external workshops and events on the assigned area of competence to monitor and propose innovative solutions improving business operations.
• Deliver training to business users for the assigned area of competence to ensure applications are properly run.
• Propose enhancements to continuously improve team performance and to introduce innovations in the ways of working.

Must Have :

• Knowledge of SAP FI, CO modules (Finance and Controlling).
• 4+ years of experience in the SAP area.
• Degree in Economics and Management, Economics and Business, Management Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Good knowledge of English.

Nice to Have :

• Knowledge of IM (Investment Management) and TR (Treasury) modules.
• Knowledge of the product cost controlling (Material Ledger).
